GSA typography workshop for activities week - see more here.

I love learning and I'm of the opinion that we should never stop, it's what keeps us vital. So when I saw that my alma mater, the Glasgow School of Art was having an activities week, I jumped at the chance to attend a workshop or two and see what the kids are into these days. I had great fun at a typography workshop with students and graduates alike designing a banner for an imaginary school with no structure, the "Scratch School". The above shows the fruits of our labour. My group came up with the pure gold idea of 'Tradinnovative', a mash up of traditional and innovation. Yep. You might laugh now, but soon you'll be tradinnovating left, right and centre!

And speaking of typography, I have the very great pleasure to announce that I have created my own font! That's right, thanks to modern technology I can now save much needed time with an informal font of my own handwriting. And since I regularly use quite a bit of text in my work, I'm hoping this will free up more time for drawing and taking on new, exciting projects. Check it out on social media here and give us some feedback.
